We want our children to feel supported by the greater Garlough community through all of our different avenues. Volunteer Opportunities
There are so many ways to get involved with the PTO and Garlough. Below are just some of the opportunities that come up in a school year. Fill out our volunteer form to let us know what you might be interested in helping with.
Book Fair
Help set up, take down, or assist kids at checkout as they pick out their next favorite book. Your time makes a big difference!
Conference Greeter
Help families navigate Garlough, answer questions, and sell spirit wear. Your friendly face will make everyone feel at home!
Teacher Appreciation
Help celebrate our amazing teachers by organizing appreciation events, or lending a hand with special treats. Your support makes them feel valued!
Community Garden
Enjoy the outdoors while learning about gardening and helping our garden grow. Come get your hands dirty and learn something new! Learn more
Hoot Hike
Garlough’s biggest fundraiser of the year needs volunteers for different stations throughout the school grounds.
Library
Help keep Garlough’s library organized by checking in and shelving books, plus assist classroom teachers with book check-out. A great way to support both the library and teachers!
Music Concert
Take a turn selling concessions while you wait for your student’s turn to sing. A fun way to support the concert and enjoy the show!
Picture Day
Help students stay organized and ready with their best smiles for the camera. Your support ensures Picture Day runs smoothly and everyone looks their best!
Plant Sale
A popular springtime event in the community. Help organize plants and assist with checkout. Your time helps our community bloom!
Yearbook
Help create and preserve all the great Garlough memories that happen in a year by signing up to assist in creating this great keepsake.
